Privacy & patient information

Respect for every person’s privacy.

This public website provides information, enquiry forms and email links. Form enquiries are stored for authorised NCCO staff to review and respond. It does not operate a patient portal or request medical records.

Website enquiry forms

When you submit a form, the website stores your name, email address, optional organisation, selected topic and message. Authorised NCCO staff can review these details to handle your enquiry and reply. Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, ID numbers or other sensitive health information. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact info@northerncancercare.org without including sensitive health details.

Contacting NCCO

Email links open your email application. Any information you choose to send is handled by your email provider and the recipient. Avoid sending sensitive health or identity information through ordinary email.

Future patient services

Before patient-data services launch, NCCO’s framework calls for consent procedures, data retention and access policies, breach response, confidentiality agreements and research-data governance.

Formal policies

A final organisation-approved privacy policy and relevant data-protection procedures are required before secure patient workflows become available.

This notice is not a claim of regulatory certification. NCCO’s framework recognises Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.
